Anglers' Den Welcomes 2010

First, we would like to thank all of our devoted clients, new and old for helping support the ANGLERS' DEN in these tough economic times. There is one lesson we have learned FISH DON’T KNOW THERE IS A RECESSION!!!!. Last year was a banner year in all the local rivers, Catskills, Great Lakes tributaries and we look forward to the 2010 season as potential to be another banner year and the ANGLERS' DEN is here to get you started!

Here is a brief list of the events at the ANGLERS' DEN for the next few months:

Thursday nights are OPEN FLY TYING. Come sit in and share the camaraderie with other tiers who share the same passion as you. Thursdays are a great way for the beginner to the advanced to pick up tips and techniques from other tiers. We start at 7:00 pm and usually end at 9:00. Call the shop to confirm.

As always we offer beginner, intermediate and advanced fly tying classes. This is the best way to learn is on a one on one basis from a professional tyer. It will cut the learning curve by getting you started the right way. Learn techniques, material application, along with precise explanation of every step along the way.

We get very excited when we receive photos from our friends and look forward to sharing them on the web site. So forward any images of that memorable day, that grin-n-grab, or just something cool you would like to share.
