Return Policy
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of your purchase date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and in their original packaging.
Please note that several types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines

Gift cards (Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase)

To process your return, we typically require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you have an account with us, we can look up your purchase history. Without proof of purchase, we cannot verify the item was bought from us.
Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be issued for:

Books with obvious signs of use

Waders or wading boots (subject to a 15% restocking fee)

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company—refund postings may take 5–7 business days.

Contact your bank, as additional processing time may occur.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If the item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will cover all shipping costs. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the return, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if it was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any return shipping costs we have covered will be deducted from your refund unless the item was deemed defective or damaged.
Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
